The America's Finest City SPRING Tournament will be held March 30th-April 1st, 2012.  The  Tournament will be run in a 4 game guarantee Tournament format with two Pool Play Games followed by Double Elimination.

Entry Form is posted and we are now taking entries for all age divisions. 

Entry fee is $400.

Refund/Carryover Policy:

If you enter* and withdraw, or the entire tournament is cancelled due to rain or some other unforseen event, there will be no cash refund, however, two-thirds(2/3) of your paid entry fee may be used for another future AFC Event.  The other one-third(1/3) of your paid entry fee will be non-refundable. 

Once you register your team and send in your payment, your entry fees will become nonrefundable.

If you withdraw from the tournament for any reason, after the schedule has been posted on the AFC web site, your fees will be totally nonrefundable.

If it is necessary to suspend a tournament, after you have played your first game, due to weather or some other unforeseen event, you will be credited for your games that you did not begin, minus $200.00.  Your remaining credit will be applied to a future AFC Event.

We do not issue refunds by check or cash.**  You may have your refund applied to future AFC events only.

**Exception: If you enter but we cannot fit your team into the tournament you can receive a refund, by check, for the total amount you paid or apply the total amount to another tournament.
